After graduation from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, Oregon I completed a Naturopathic Gastroenterology and Hormone focused residency at Pearl Natural Health in Portland, Oregon with the late Dr. Gary Weiner. I received advanced training in naturopathic gastroenterology with preceptorships and mentorships with the amazing Dr. Allison Siebecker and Dr. Steven Sandberg-Lewis. My Bachelor of Science degree was in Integrative Therapeutics from Metropolitan State University of Denver, the first pre-med program in the nation aimed at accredited naturopathic medical programs. My areas of expertise include the treatment of SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth), Celiac Disease, GERD (gastro-esophageal reflux disease), IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease: Crohn’s and Ulcerative Colitis), Hashimoto’s, hormone balancing, and the treatment of stress, insomnia, anxiety, and depression. My goal is to assist patients in their journey through education, encouragement and continued research.
